“I give to One Love because education can stop abuse before it starts. Will you join me?”
In 2010, Yeardley Love was tragically killed by her ex-boyfriend just three weeks before she was set to graduate from the University of Virginia. During the trial, her family learned that there had been warning signs of an abusive relationship—signs that went unnoticed. Determined to prevent such tragedies from happening to others, Yeardley’s mother, Sharon, and her sister, Lexie, started the One Love Foundation. They built an organization dedicated to empowering young people with the tools to recognize and escape unhealthy relationships before they escalate to abuse.
Today, One Love’s educational workshops have reached more than 3.2 million people and trained over 53,000 facilitators. The workshops are used in 1,051 colleges, 1,173 high schools, and even 299 middle schools, ensuring that students at every age learn how to build safe, healthy relationships.
Your Donation Helps Us Reach Even More People
Although One Love has already made a tremendous impact, there are millions more young people in need of this education. Every donation helps us develop new workshops, train facilitators, and expand our reach into more schools, nonprofits, and community organizations. With your support, we can continue saving lives by spreading knowledge and awareness.
How You Can Help
Your donation fuels our mission to stop relationship abuse before it starts. Here’s how your support makes a difference:
- $25: Educates one student.
- $100: Trains a facilitator to lead workshops in schools or nonprofits.
- $250: Funds the development of new content and curricula.
Join the Movement and Spread the Word
When you donate, you become part of Yeardley’s legacy—saving lives through education and awareness. We need your help to extend this mission even further.
Share your donation with #OneLoveFoundation and challenge your friends to join the movement.
Together, we can create a future where every person knows the signs of abuse and how to prevent it.
